Problem & Solution

Predicament/Problem Statement:
· The full payment is impossible
· Even minimum payment is hard to cope
· 18% credit card interest (or 1.5% per month) is very high (above inflation rate).
· Your credit cards debt does not seem to be reduced
· Bank Credit Officers allways call you, asking for payment
· Big portion of your salary goes to paying credit cards debt
· Overlimit charge, Late Payment charge cause your cards to be temporarily blocked
· Bad payment pattern/record in CCRIS

Have you ever heard of “zero interest installment plan” or “EPP” ? If you are a credit cardholder, I guess you had received leaflets or brochures about purchasing goods by installment plan without any interest charges, right? This is how we restructure your credit cards debt.

Restructuring Benefits

· Full payment shown in the statement is much lower and within reach. If you have RM50,000 , rather than full settlement, better convert the bad debt into debt which is below inflation rate, and keep the cash advantage and use the cash to generate more cash. This retains your capital advantage.

· Minimum payment is not a problem, as low as RM50 . The amount needed to fullfil the minimum payment requirement is much much less. When situation permits, pay full amount what stated in the statement.

· You can collect points from your credit card.

· You can save on interest, 6% - 11% per year . Somewhat similar to car loan, but with minimum payment flexibility. The balance carried forward is much less, and the interest effect is negligible.

· Flexibility of paying any amount between full & minimum amount depending on individual’s cashflow. In analogy, man can only sustain underwater without oxygen for maximum 4 minutes.

· Can afford to complete all your outstanding balance faster. It is faster because the effective interest is reduced to a much lesser rate.

· Refresh your personal financial record, i.e better CCRIS record

. Better than personal loan by commercial bank in term of monthly commitment and flexibility, with less hassle, and faster too.
